Typography

This week in my Type 2 class, we were given an assignment to design a type poster around a quote. I chose to do one of my all-time favorite quotes by John Lennon and some of them came out about alright. I had fun doing then anyway (and that's really all that matters).

(All photographs used are by my boyfriend, John Caleb. All posters designed by me on Adobe Illustrator)

Anybody is more than welcome to use these (just possible credit?)

1842

A few days ago I went to my beautiful cousin's bridal tea in historic town Tallapoosa, Georgia at one of the most precious house. It was such a beautiful day and the party was full of beauty and life. The house was built in 1842 and still standing and beautiful as ever. Everything was still original even including the speaker system throughout the whole house as well as the telephone system. The owners of the house have collected everything important from their entire lives. They also travel a lot and one of their favorite places was Italy, so they created the most serene area down in the wine seller that was literally out of this world. Not to mention that the owner's are high school sweethearts! It was all absolutely stunning.

This was the the owner's wife's original cheerleading uniform from the fifties!

& this was her husband's football letterman's jacket.

Her original "With the Beatles" album from when she was 16!

This napkin, place-card and book were from their high school senior prom in the fifties.

I hope to one day have as many beautiful memories and keepsakes one day!

I Think You are the Sweetest Thing

Set #36

Set #35

Set #35 by missamberlynnn featuring miu miu

Just a couple of new sets I have made using my Polyvore.
School starts back on Tuesday and I'm spending my last two days of break relaxing and getting myself prepared for the stockpile of work that I know is about to take over my life.

Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday evening.
